Situated on the outskirts of Collinsville, (a small mining town in north Qld). It is an hours drive to the beautiful Horseshoe Bay in Bowen and less than 2 hours to the Whitsundays.

Pelican Creek Stud has a full service breeding and training facility, specializing in breeding and training quality painted western performance horses with class, colour, conformation and versatility for cutting, reining, working cow horse, trail and pleasure.

Our resident senior sire is the talented cutting horse ' Twin Oaks Peppy San Bar', chestnut overo, bred from top cutting lines. Our Jnr sire, Black QH Stallion, "KY-Ean Black 'N' Boon", will be standing at stud for the first time from late 2009 to a limited number of mares.
